- Collaborate with Design and Merchandising teams during prototype development to ensure design accuracy
- Generate and update all Web PDM tech packs for various categories
- Maintain proto, sample, and production status charts in alignment with style approval processes
- Oversee block and prototype sample fittings, updating fit notes and size specifications promptly
- Conduct thorough reviews of protos and samples upon receipt for trim and detail accuracy
- Organize proto and sample review setups
- Establish and manage an internal block library
- 8-10 years of relevant work experience
- Proficiency in pattern making and garment construction
- Educational background: Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- Strong organizational and follow-up abilities
- Outstanding interpersonal skills
- Experience with Classic / WEB PDM and Microsoft Office Suite
