    Description

    Purpose of Role:

    As Merchandise Specialist working on the Lowes business, you will serve as lead contributor for item maintenance, purchase order creation, replenishment order flow, tracking to ensure on-time delivery, along with being the troubleshooting "solution finder" for all things Lowes.

    Responsibilities:

    This position is responsible for supporting the apparel vendor team with item creation, enrichment, digital assets, .com maintenance, purchase order creation, pricing accuracy, shipping, and processing procedures.

    • Efficiently manage large amounts of data to create, maintain and implement all aspects of item creation and purchase order execution, shipping, and logistics.
    • Daily focus on planning and task deliverables. Responsible for developing an effective follow-up system for all activities, trouble shooting, and ad hoc requests as needed.
    • Serve as team liaison with local broker network and as organizational resource in building/strengthening relationships with Lowes personnel.

    Professional Experience:

    • Relevant experience (3 – 5 years) in two or more of the following disciplines will be considered: Large Organization Supply Chain Support, Merchandising Support, Item Maintenance, Dotcom Platform Administration, Project Management, Assortment / Category Analysis and Retail Supply Chain administration.

    Preferred Skills / Traits:

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required. (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Access, Excel)
    • Lowe's vendor support using Vendor Partner Plus, Item Maintenance Application, Supply Chain, EDI systems desired.
    • The ideal candidate will have a high sense of urgency, possess a collaborative, problem solving attitude, a demonstrated history of proficiency and achieving objectives.
    • Strategic thinker with a self-starter mentality, along with advanced analytical skills.
