We're seeking an Organic Search (SEO)

Manager to grow our SMB footprint across the business lifecycle:
acquisition, retention and growth.

This person will be responsible for defining a path to increasing search visibility, traffic and revenue across all of our B2B web properties:
Facebook for Business, Instagram for Business, WhatsApp for Business and Meta for Business.

This person will be responsible for directing technical, on-page, off-page and content strategies on a website that reaches millions of people each day and evangelizing products that connect billions of people across the globe.

Growth Marketing Manager, B2B SEO Strategy ResponsibilitiesLead and implement SEO Strategy to increase search visibility/rankings, grow traffic with relevant intent and drive incremental revenuePerform keyword research and prioritization, balancing opportunity for growth with level of effort to optimize for potential impactOversee retention of domain equity during migration to from other owned domainsConsult with product and web teams to apply SEO best practices across content development and refreshesPartner with Data Science and Marketing Analytics to hone measurement framework and monitor/report on key performance metricsWork with country managers, web and content teams to grow Meta share of voice in international marketsConduct competitive analyses and market research to identify opportunities and trendsStay up to date with industry trends, search engine algorithm updates and the impact of generative AI to stay ahead of the competitionMinimum Qualifications7+ years of experience in SEO, with high-traffic and highly competitive web propertiesExpertise in balancing on-page, off-page, technical, and content SEOExperience with website migration, redesign, and personalizationExperience managing SEO on a multiregional and multilingual websiteSEO tools and software experienceWeb analytics experienceExperience with marketing automation and artificial intelligence based web toolsPreferred QualificationsExperience building narratives informed by data and long term trendsConversion rate optimization, landing page optimization, and A/B testing experienceExperience with balancing keyword/content/link strategy across multiple owned domainsExperience with HTML, CSS, and Single-Page-ApplicationsExperience influencing cross functional teams, getting buy-in from leadership and utilizing resources as efficiently as possibleCommunication experience with a penchant for upleveling narratives to leadershipUnderstanding of business lifecycle, performance marketing, and Paid vs Organic Search cannibalizationLeadership experience with a vested interest in mentorship and developing junior employeesExperience with BrightEdge or similar SEO ToolsBasic SQL knowledge
