    Description

    BluSky Restoration is Looking for a Project Director

    Join BluSky Restoration as a Project Director, where you play a key role in estimating and closing sales, earning a starting salary of $70,000 to $100,000 with uncapped commission potential. This role offers a highly competitive compensation package.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Sales
    • Revenue
    • Profit Margins
    • AR & Collections
    • Managing near-term opportunities
    • Business Development Activity
    • Estimating Proficiency
    • Customer Satisfaction
    • Working and coordinating with internal teams
    Duties & Responsibilities:

    Sales:
    • Meet or exceed monthly and yearly sales goals
    • Negotiate and execute contracts
    • Track and measure sales in CRM
    Revenue:
    • Oversee revenue production
    • Ensure timeliness of billing
    • Provide direction to Project Manager
    Profit Margins:
    • Develop project budget
    • Improve project profitability
    • Supervise project costs
    AR & Collections:
    • Outline AR process with customers
    • Perform weekly collection calls
    • Maintain DSO
    Qualifications & Requirements:
    • 5+ years of sales experience
    • Construction estimating experience
    • Strong communication skills
    • Business ethics and integrity
    • OSHA certifications preferred
    Education:
    • Bachelor's degree preferred
    Travel:
    • Minimal out-of-state travel
    Compensation:
    Competitive salary, bonus plan, auto allowance, and comprehensive benefits package.
