- Client Relationship Management:

- Stay updated on market trends, industry developments, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and competitive advantage.
- Solution Design and Implementation:
- Lead the development of customized logistics solutions for clients, ensuring alignment with their business objectives.
- Collaborate with the client solutions team and other internal stakeholders to design and implement tailored service offerings.
- Oversee the successful execution of logistics solutions, ensuring high-quality service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Team Leadership and Development:
- Provide strong leadership and guidance to the client solutions team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Set clear goals and expectations for the team, monitoring performance and providing ongoing coaching and feedback.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance the team's skills and knowledge in logistics and customer service.
- Account Management and Growth:
- Oversee the management and growth of key client accounts, driving customer retention and revenue expansion.
- Conduct regular account reviews to identify opportunities for service enhancement and upselling.
- Collaborate with the sales team to expand service offerings, secure contract renewals, and pursue new business opportunities.
- Performance Tracking and Reporting:
- Manage and track the load board daily to ensure client shipments are running on track.
- Address and escalate issues found within the load board.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to evaluate client satisfaction, revenue growth, and team performance.
- Prepare reports and presentations to provide insights on account health, service levels, and business growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to implement corrective actions and drive continuous improvement.
- Proven experience in client management, account management, or a similar leadership role within the freight brokerage industry.
- Deep understanding of logistics and transportation, including supply chain management, freight services, and industry regulations.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to interact with clients at all levels.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering client-centric solutions.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of driving revenue growth, client satisfaction, and business expansion.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.

As an Account Solutions Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a portion of our client solutions team, driving strategic initiatives, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality logistics solutions to our clients. You will play a key role in developing and executing client-focused strategies, fostering strong client relationships, and driving business growth. The Account Solutions Manager will have a deep understanding of the freight brokerage industry, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to drive client satisfaction and revenue expansion.
This is a remote or in-office position.
