    Account Solutions Manager

    As an Account Solutions Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a portion of our client solutions team, driving strategic initiatives, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality logistics solutions to our clients. You will play a key role in developing and executing client-focused strategies, fostering strong client relationships, and driving business growth. The Account Solutions Manager will have a deep understanding of the freight brokerage industry, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to drive client satisfaction and revenue expansion.

    This is a remote or in-office position.

    Responsibilities:

    • Client Relationship Management:
      • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, serving as a trusted advisor and strategic partner.
      • Understand clients' business needs, goals, and challenges to develop tailored logistics solutions.
      • Collaborate with the client solutions team to ensure consistent and exceptional client experiences.
    • Strategic Planning and Execution:
      • Develop and execute client-focused strategies to drive revenue growth, client retention, and customer satisfaction.
      • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and finance, to align strategies and deliver results.
      • Stay updated on market trends, industry developments, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and competitive advantage.
    • Solution Design and Implementation:
      • Lead the development of customized logistics solutions for clients, ensuring alignment with their business objectives.
      • Collaborate with the client solutions team and other internal stakeholders to design and implement tailored service offerings.
      • Oversee the successful execution of logistics solutions, ensuring high-quality service delivery and client satisfaction.
    • Team Leadership and Development:
      • Provide strong leadership and guidance to the client solutions team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
      • Set clear goals and expectations for the team, monitoring performance and providing ongoing coaching and feedback.
      • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the team's skills and knowledge in logistics and customer service.
    • Account Management and Growth:
      • Oversee the management and growth of key client accounts, driving customer retention and revenue expansion.
      • Conduct regular account reviews to identify opportunities for service enhancement and upselling.
      • Collaborate with the sales team to expand service offerings, secure contract renewals, and pursue new business opportunities.
    • Performance Tracking and Reporting:
      • Manage and track the load board daily to ensure client shipments are running on track.
      • Address and escalate issues found within the load board.
      • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to evaluate client satisfaction, revenue growth, and team performance.
      • Prepare reports and presentations to provide insights on account health, service levels, and business growth.
      • Collaborate with internal teams to implement corrective actions and drive continuous improvement.

    Experience:

    • Proven experience in client management, account management, or a similar leadership role within the freight brokerage industry.
    • Deep understanding of logistics and transportation, including supply chain management, freight services, and industry regulations.
    • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
    • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to interact with clients at all levels.
    • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering client-centric solutions.
    • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of driving revenue growth, client satisfaction, and business expansion.
    • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
