- Assist in the development and implementation of front-end BI pipelines.
- Ensure data integrity, fidelity, availability, and governance throughout the data lifecycle.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design BI reporting platforms.
- Manage and optimize BI reporting platforms for scalability, reliability, and performance.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for data visualization capabilities and user experience.
- Monitor and analyze data usage patterns and trends for optimization opportunities.
- Develop and maintain documentation, standards, and best practices for BI solution development.
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and technical guidance to BI developers and analysts.
- Enforce data governance policies and procedures to maintain data quality, security, and compliance.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver tailored BI solutions.
- Must have recent experience and proficiency with reporting and dashboarding using Looker Studio (Tableau, PowerBI, Excel, etc...).
- Experience architecting and implementing data visualizations that visually present complex data to users in simple and actionable format.
- Experience connecting visualizations to data models in GCP (BigQuery,)
- Strong SQL experience, able to write complex queries to join tables.
- Strong customer focus and interaction to listen to users, explore the data, and present multiple alternatives to meet solution objectives.
- Perform data extraction, transformation, and cleansing to ensure accuracy and reliability of the information presented.
- Ongoing administrative management of customer reporting and reporting services
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in BI and data management. EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Design, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
