- Act as liaison to military supply system and expediter, coordinate packaging and shipment of associated equipment.
- Segregate and store kits/parts by aircraft BUNO and applicable Engineering Change Proposal
- Maintain in a secure/restricted facility/location to preclude loss/theft.
- Items required to be sent to other facilities are to be packaged in a method to prevent damage in shipping and sent via traceable means to the ultimate destination.
- Track incoming and outgoing packages; act as Point-of-Contact for shipping (FedEx, DHL, Freight).
- Manage all Government and Boeing property associated with the Mod/Retrofit effort.
- Maintain Pan Stock parts and reorder with a minimum and maximum level process as required.
- Actively and aggressively seek out the material, parts, consumables, and hazmat needed to support the Mod/Retrofit effort. Provide a daily EDD report as appropriate to the site/program.
- Maintains site Safety Data Sheet (SDS) information, both paper and Enablon versions.
- Keep and update Safety Data Sheets related to Hazmat on hand or on order.
- Obtain GOLD ESP and Total Asset Visibility (TAV) accounts as required to research aircraft parts.
- Requisition tools and tool perishable items (drill bits, reamers, bushings, etc.).
- Requisition Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and office supplies when required.
- The LSR is required to have significant current and directly related experience with, and knowledge of, the Boeing processes.
- Provide updated/actual Lead Times, Turn-Around-Times, and Estimated Delivery Dates, rather than estimated or historical information.
- Research timely technical support on inactive parts, part number changes, part configuration, and superseded part issues.
- Identify items that require funding over and above the purchase price (tooling issues, design issues, non-recurring costs, etc.). Identify the issue and provide options for resolution.
- Play a key role assisting in identifying and expediting Boeing materials that create shortage situations.
- Identify to the EA-18G Program Office any issues associated with material planning, stocking, ordering, etc., that cause delays or inefficiencies with the ability to provide support to the Modification Team in support of the EA-18G Growler Capability Modification. This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite NAS Whidbey Island, WA. This position requires an active U.S. Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required). (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active)

Find your future with us.Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking an Associate Logistic Services Representative (LSR) to serve as an integral member of the Boeing Field Operations Mod/Retrofit Team at Naval Air Station (NAS) Whidbey Island, Washington supporting the EA-18G program.
The LSR shall support Mod/Retrofit team requirements and communicate supply chain issues back to the Mod/Retrofit team lead for resolution.
The LSR will be highly skilled and experienced with US Navy Aviation Supply Department processes and procedures.You are applying for a Field Operations position where our employees must be willing and able (potentially short notice) to travel to a variety of locations (domestic and/or international) to meet our customers' unique requirements.
Field Operations employees may be required to relocate to another Field Operations location based on customer and/or management requirements. Specific contracts supported by Field Operations could require employees to perform a deployment to a US DOD contingency operation. Employees associated with these specific contracts must be able to pass military contractor health standards for deployment. The selected candidate will provide direct support and services to our customer within a field environment.Such direct support is primarily provided at non-Boeing facilities, e.g., customer bases/sites, other contractor facilities, remote operating locations, or a combination of field locations.
Specific contract requirements will govern the type, extent, and criteria for the support and/or services to be provided.Position Responsibilities:
