**Role overview**

Mark Anthony Services is hiring a WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR responsible for the active management of the warehouse operations including shipping and receiving, LGV oversight and operation, and people supervision in the department. Support delivery of packaging goods to the manufacturing line with no delay in service. Responsible to assist troubleshooting to ensure unforeseen process events are being addressed with a sense of urgency.

The WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR will make certain that Safety and Quality are at the forefront of all activities for both them and their team. This role will work closely with the Warehouse Lead and the Shipping/Receiving Clerks to ensure daily and weekly tasks are being completed on-time and according to standard operating procedures. This position will be a front-line leader in the warehouse.

**As a WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR,** **your responsibilities will include:**

Evaluate daily inbound and outbound volume and assign/flex resources as appropriate.

Plan labor to volume when appropriate and communicating plan to Senior Manager.

Monitor LGV processes and ensure resources are being used correctly.

Work closely with Brewing, Packaging, and Supply Chain teams to ensure appropriate support is given.

Consolidate finished goods in the warehouse to maximize space.

Audit inbound receipts to ensure receipts are accurate and closed correctly.

Ensure E80 inventory and QAD inventory are aligned and always correct.

Ensure QAD transaction take place correctly when operating outside of E80 system.

Lead by example and drive all Plant and Safety policies and procedures within the warehouse, including wearing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as well as adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs). Ensure team members are accountable to same.

Actively mentor, coach, and hold accountable warehouse team members as it relates to safety, quality, productivity, continuous improvement, and team harmony.

Manages all employees time and attendance, including schedules, timecards approval, time-off approval, and adherence to No-Fault Attendance Policy.

Effectively communicate job knowledge and process changes to the warehouse team members and management through various forms of daily communication (shift handover meeting, daily production meetings, email, action logs, work orders, etc.).

Perform other various job duties as required.

**Qualified candidates will have:**

Associates degree and/or equivalent experience, Bachelors degree preferred.

5+ years of supervisory / leadership experience in warehouse environment.

Forklift experience required and forklift certifiable.

Demonstrated and effective use of computer skills such as MS office, WMS systems, Teams, and email.

Demonstrated experience with WMS platforms.

**Working conditions:**

Fast-paced and constantly changing work environment

Shift work including days, evenings, overnight shifts up to 12 hrs. including weekends and holidays as needed

This position has been identified as a safety sensitive position within the state of Arizona.
