- Maintain complete and accurate digital/paper client and partner files by timely documentation of all data system(s) information: complete monthly, quarterly, and annual statistics and program reports, including outcome stories.

- Initiate invoice processing as needed.

General Summary
Working closely with Community Outreach staff and MSV's programs, the Community Education and Outreach Coordinator is responsible for providing educational and training workshops and events on a variety of topics, including but not limited to; Financial and Digital Literacy, Disease Prevention, Conflict Resolution, Communication, Nutrition Education and Job Readiness, through a trauma-informed care lens and a pathway to economic growth and stability. The CEOC will establish partnerships, maintain relationships with schools, organizations, community stakeholders, parent groups, and participate in community fairs and other events throughout Cook County. This position will require flexible work hours that may include some evenings and Saturdays.

Experience/Education
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university with a focus in education, social services,
public health, communication, and 2 years of related experience.
Bilingual a plus but not required
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
