    NOVA Automation is seeking a skilled, energetic, and reliable candidate to fill the position of Sandblast Operator first shift 5:30 am - 2:00 pm


    Position:
    Sandblast & Bandsaw OperatorSchedule: 5:30 am - 2:00 pm M-F

    Salary Range:
    $ $26.50 per hour *Pay is based on education and experience

    Remove dirt, paint, grease, and other built-up material from surfacesSet up and operate a blast booth or similar equipmentLoad and unload the blast cabinetAssist with painting or coating as neededApply and remove non-skid materials as neededOther duties as assigned

    Required Qualifications:
    High School Diploma or GEDMust be at least 18 years of ageBasic math and reasoning skillsMust be able to lift 50 pounds at a timeMust have good hand/eye coordination

    Preferred Qualifications:
    Self-motivated and self-directedExperience working with or removing heavy metals is a plusPrevious sandblasting experience or trainingExperience with power tools
