    Position. Warehouse Associate

    Expectations. As a warehouse associate you'll be responsible for the following:

    Order Fulfillment.

    Review open/unfulfilled orders daily to prioritize shipment of unfulfilled orders and update statuses of Open Orders dashboard.

    Prepare orders for delivery:

    • Pull materials from inventory and verify SKUs against packing slip.
    • If prefabrication is needed for mounts or brackets: pull stock items and stage for assembly.
    • Paint welded assemblies before packing and shipping.
    • Bolt and/or screw mounts to attachments prior to shipping.
    • Organize pallets by placing heavier items on the bottom.
    • Measure, weigh and book freight.
    • Confirm residential or commercial shipping address.
    • Label orders with shipping information and Attachment Co stamps.
    • Confirm tracking numbers and update order records.

    Document all shipments in Google Drive:

    • Upload photographs of order packing slip and unwrapped, loaded pallets.
    • Upload photographs of completed pallets (wrapped and labeled).

    Responsible for ensuring accuracy of shipments to avoid additional freight/shipping costs and/or return orders.

    Inventory Receiving

    Review all inbound shipments and verify contents against the packing slip.

    Unload shipments and organize as stock for in-progress orders or inventory stock.

    Ensure same-day processing of warranty returns.

    Warehouse Maintenance

    Maintain warehouse floor to keep it free from debris and obstructions and promote a safe working environment.

    Complete weekly cycle counts on inventory bundles.

    Maintain optimal quantities on inventory products and alert purchasing managers of low inventory.

    Requirements.

    • Ability to lift and carry boxes weighing up to 35 pounds.
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
    • Prior experience working in a warehouse setting is preferred.
    • Experience with operation of forklifts and other warehouse equipment is also a plus.
