    Upperkuts Boxing Club is seeking an energetic and knowledgeable Fitness Class Instructor to lead a variety of classes at our studio, including HIIT, fitness boxing, and personal training sessions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fitness instruction, a passion for helping others achieve their fitness goals, and a dedication to providing an exceptional class experience.


    Responsibilities:


    1. Design and lead dynamic, safe, and engaging fitness classes, including HIIT and fitness boxing.
    2. Conduct one-on-one personal training sessions tailored to individual members' fitness levels and goals.
    3. Monitor members' progress, adjusting programs as needed and providing feedback and encouragement.
    4. Maintain a clean and safe workout environment, adhering to all club and industry safety standards.
    5. Provide exceptional customer service, responding to member queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
    6. Stay up-to-date with the latest fitness trends and techniques to ensure our classes remain effective and engaging.

    Qualifications:


    1. Certified Fitness Instructor; additional certifications in Boxing and HIIT training are a plus.
    2. Proven experience in leading group fitness classes and personal training sessions.
    3. Excellent knowledge of fitness techniques, safety practices, and proper form.
    4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    5. Enthusiasm for fitness and helping others achieve their fitness goals.
    6. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
