Requirements and Responsibilities:
- Ideally must have experience with school age children and related programs
- Teach computer and programming concepts to students ranging from K12 grades
- Provide weekly reports about students' progress in the class
- Guide students through the projects and activities in the lab
- Provide meaningful feedback about class material and student dynamics in the class
- Familiarity teaching computer science in a school setting will be a BIG plus
- A background and interest in programming languages (Java, Python, Scratch, Arduino etc), engineering, 3D printing etc will be a HUGE plus
- Ability to work with children ranging from Elementary to High School and any related prior experience is a BIG plus
- Punctual, professional, and flexible at all times
- Work with senior instructors to deliver the curriculum as designed and instructed
Education:
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent or related experience preferred.
Job Types:
Full-time
Pay:
$45, $60,000.00 per year (depending on experience)
Schedule:
Monday to Friday (specific timing and schedule to be discussed during interview process)
Work Location:
Primary Location will be Wellesley, MA - with some needs to travel to other locations to teach as required
