- Represent Arzel at industry events to promote products and engage with potential customers.
- Capability to attend Trade Shows, Expos, and offsite training sessions.
- Proficient in identifying and resolving HVAC system issues.
- Skilled in interpreting and using schematics effectively.
- Familiarity with HVAC control systems and wiring configurations.
- Thorough understanding of HVAC system and duct design principles.
- Knowledgeable about zoning systems in HVAC.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a positive attitude.
- Experience in promoting Arzel products and effectively communicating their value.
- Ability to integrate OEM equipment, thermostats, and specialty controls with Arzel products.
- Capability to develop and adjust wiring diagrams based on contractors' requests.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience as an HVAC technician.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Word, Excel Spreadsheets, and CRM usage.
- Sedentary work involving primarily sitting and standing for extended periods.
- Occasional movement within the office premises for accessing files, machinery, etc.
- Standing for extended periods during events or trade shows may be necessary.
- Frequent operation of computer and office equipment.
- Regular communication with colleagues and customers, requiring accurate information delivery.
