DOVGAN GmbH is a well-known wholesaler for Eastern European and Oriental food products. Our company supplies major German retail chains such as Edeka, Rewe, Lidl, Aldi, Kaufland, etc. with authentic products under top brands from Poland, Romania, the Adriatic region, the Orient, and Larsen Danish Seafood.

Based on our many years of experience and market and customer development, we have consciously decided to focus our assortment on the most well-known and leading brands from their respective countries of origin.

Responsibilities:

Establishing trusting relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure they do not turn to competitors
Gaining a comprehensive understanding of the needs and requirements of key clients
Expanding relationships with existing clients through continuous solution proposals that align with their goals
Ensuring that the right products and services are delivered to clients on time
Acting as a liaison between clients and internal teams
Resolving any issues and problems that clients may face and handling complaints

Qualifications:

Business education/degree
Experience as a key account manager/assistant, preferably in the food industry

- and/or experience in sales in the food industry

Strong communication skills, reliability, and independent and responsible work ethic
Passion for sales and a keen sense of customer needs
Good computer skills (MS Office)
Excellent organizational skills
Problemsolving and negotiation skills
Office knowledge: very good;
