nutrition, living spaces, and energy.

The team group is one of the largest employers in northern Germany and operates in the fields of building materials trade, DIY stores, energy, agriculture, and lubricant trade, as well as gas stations.

In the energy division, 844 colleagues are responsible for the trade of lubricants, heating oil, diesel, AdBlue, pellets, electricity, and natural gas, as well as new, sustainable products for electromobility and photovoltaics.

Commercial and private customers refuel their vehicles at our own gas station network and tankpool24 stations.

Responsibilities:

Management of an eightperson team in the sales department
Leadership, motivation, and development of sales employees
Responsibility for the operational implementation of the sales strategy
Close cooperation with the Berlin location management
Continuous optimization of internal sales processes
Creation and preparation of convincing presentations
Planning and implementation of regional marketing measures and sales events

Profile:

Successfully completed commercial training
Several years of professional experience in sales, ideally in the mineral oil sector
Strong assertiveness and pronounced implementation
