    $120,000- $195,000


    DOEKNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
    Leads engineering team in pursuit of excellence in project performance (cost, schedule and technical): Provides business, technical and/or strategic leadership on team projectsStaffs projects with personnel that have the essential skills and experienceRegularly monitors cost, schedule and technical status of all team projectsUltimately responsible for financial, schedule and technical performance of all team projectsCultivates a healthy work environment for team personnel: Makes the best use of personnel skills and experienceOversees personnel professional development (mentoring, training, career growth)

    Balances personnel workloadsAccountable for hiring and termination of team membersUltimately responsible for all team staffSustains team workload:
    Fosters the maintenance and development of customer relationshipsMakes certain that team proposals are complete and financially rigorousOversees team business developmentAccountable for the content of all team proposalsEffectively collaborates with other teams for our customers, personnel and/or companySeeks company growth through leadership of company strategic initiativesAccountable for team budgets


    EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

    Required education:
    B.S.


    in Engineering or Related Science or FieldPreferred education:
    M.S.

    in Engineering or Related Science or FieldTypically possesses 7+ years of experience in space and defense industryRequired experience:
    Ability to develop, plan and execute projectsDemonstrated team leaderExperience with customer relations with space and defense industry prime contractors and government agencies
