    We are seeking a Manager / Team Lead to join our team You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of day-to-day sales, staffing, customer retention, and product implementation and launching.

    Responsibilities:

    • Encourage team and provide an uplifting environment
    • Execute day-to-day orders to company standards, while implementing and completing daily tasks
    • Adjust daily schedule for shift personnel to ensure optimal efficiency
    • Train and evaluate employees
    • Track monthly results and trends for business forecasting
    • Resolve escalated customer complaints
    • Timely and professionally handle inventory needs, tracking and implementing now systems
    • Maintain a clean workspace by doing dishes, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and handling the day-2-day cleaning duties
    • Maximize social platforms to promote campaigns, products, and growth of overall business and sales

    ​Qualifications:

    • Previous experience in food industry, customer service, or other related fields
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
    • Excellent written and communication skills
    • Strong leadership qualities
    • Growth mind-set practice and application
    • Strong communication skills and ability to lead from from the front, by example
    • Possess the ability to follow instruction, give guidance, while also offering feedback to grow the business in new directions
