- Work with team to deliver exceptional performance results within ERM's Safety & Risk client base in the Gulf region. Serve as a key member of the technical team to help drive double-digit profitable growth across the technical risk service line.
- Assist technical risk clients in achieving compliance with a variety of complex industrial, technical and regulatory issues.
- Assist in designing, directing and delivering large programs/projects and multi-person project teams. Help achieve client's expectations for scope, budget, schedule, and quality.
- Be an effective teammate and contribute to the overall success of the technical risk team.
- Develop a working understanding of ERM's other consulting service areas and actively support cross-selling these services to existing clients. Support the general growth and development of ERM's international Safety & Risk service area.
- BS in chemical, civil, environmental, petroleum or mechanical engineering or related degree. Minimum 3.0 GPA.
- Recent graduate to 0+ years of relevant health and safety experience or professional internships. Or the equivalency of 8+ years experience in lieu of education.
- Effective written/verbal communication and organization/analytical skills; experience recording/writing detailed technical data and reports a plus.
- Strong hands-on spreadsheet and database comprehension.
- Detail-oriented with mechanical aptitude and hands-on trouble-shooting/problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multi-task, maintain flexibility, travel, and work independently with minimal supervision.
- HAZWOPER and EIT certifications a plus.
- Valid driver's license and good driving record.
