    5000 list along with a 26th position in the competitive construction sector is looking for an experienced Canvassing Director with the ability to inspire and develop managers who oversee a team of canvassers.

    Responsibilities Develop and implement business strategies to achieve company sales goals Analyze and improve current department practices Recruit and develop teams; build teams of canvassers by recruiting, hiring and developing the next generation of managers Manage and train staff in canvassing skills with a focus on developing managers Provide direction and guidance to help managers meet their goals Identify target markets and develop tailored campaigns to reach potential customers Analyze market trends, competitor activities and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement Willingness to travel to attend events, visit other offices, and support field activities PIdaf0f42ea
