    Construction Superintendent

    Company Overview: A reputable construction company specializing in multi-family and commercial projects, dedicated to delivering top-notch construction solutions.

    Position Overview: We are in need of an experienced Construction Superintendent to manage multi-family and commercial construction projects. The ideal candidate should have a proven history of completing projects on time, within budget, and meeting high-quality standards.

    Responsibilities:

    • Oversee all aspects of the construction project from beginning to end, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and timelines.
    • Supervise subcontractors, vendors, and construction staff to guarantee efficient project completion.
    • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure progress, work quality, and compliance with safety protocols.
    • Communicate effectively with project stakeholders to address any issues that may arise.
    • Manage project budgets, track expenses, and implement cost-saving initiatives.
    • Enforce safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment.
    • Maintain accurate project records, including logs, progress reports, and documentation of changes.
    • Resolve conflicts or disputes professionally and promptly.

    Qualifications:

    • Preferably a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
    • Minimum of 6 years' experience in construction management, particularly in multi-family and commercial projects.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and budget requirements.
    • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration.
    • Thorough knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building regulations.
    • Proficiency in construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Preferably OSHA certification or equivalent safety training.
    • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
