    Description

    Title: Communications Specialist/Change Manager

    Duration: 12 Months with possible extension

    Location: Ft Worth, TX (Hybrid - 3 days onsite)

    Rate: $ hr

    Work Requirements: US Citizens, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the U.S.

    Applicants must be local to the area for consideration and can work 3 days onsite.

    Researches, develops, plans, designs, maintains, and implements policies and programs that enhance the organization's relations with the community, the public, government, regulatory authorities, shareholders and employees. Delivers Communication through various media. Coordinates dissemination of the organizations with new or trade media contacts through special events, public speaking, or other means to reach defined audiences and meet specific program objectives. Responsible for preparing training classes, leading training activities, and assessing student performance.

    The role will require developing and delivering organizational change management surveys, information, training, and coaching.

    MUST have Experience in:


    • Change Management


    • ADKAR Methodology


    • Training/Teaching in a Corporate Setting


    • Communications

    Must be available to work in Ft Worth, TX Training Site location at least 3 days per week. Some travel to other sites may be required 25-50% of the time. The specifics can be discussed during the interview process.

    Standard Business Hours, Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm with the occasional need to be available early for a class or to stay late for classes or calls
