- Provide high-level administrative, project and personal support to the Executive Leadership Team, as well as other leaders as needed.
- Demonstrates initiative, discretion and tact in managing email, phone calls and other requests. Ensures all correspondence is accurate, complete and properly handled.
- Collect data and information for reports and presentations
- Generate reports and insights to inform decision-making.
- Work collaboratively with Finance and Accounting teams to provide accurate data
- Look for areas of improvement for process efficiency
- Stay "one step ahead" of the executives with their many commitments and events by providing confidential and exceptional assistance with organizing, managing and maintaining active calendars, and managing calendar conflicts.
