Your Responsibilities

  • You support the management in all matters
  • Technical procurement
  • Planning and ensuring technical projects and repairs
  • Staff planning and training
  • Administrative tasks (goods and production bookings)
  • Accompanying and optimizing production processes, monitoring machine settings and quality
  • Assisting with the commissioning of new systems
  • Responsibility for occupational safety, health protection, and compliance with legal regulations throughout the plant
Ideal Qualifications for Your Successful Application

  • Completed technical vocational training with additional qualifications such as a master's or technician degree in the fields of electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or construction
  • Professional experience in the building materials industry is advantageous
  • Experience with production processes and equipment
  • Experience in personnel management and planning
  • Strong affinity for occupational safety and technical processes
  • Strong customer and service orientation, communication skills, and teamwork
