Your tasks in detail will include:

  • Providing support and advice to our customers in using our software solutions for financial and asset accounting, both over the phone and through remote maintenance and video conferencing
  • Implementing these applications for customers and conducting training, partly onsite and mostly online
  • Contributing creatively to the development of our programs
  • Assisting our programmers with software testing and thoroughly checking our solutions
  • Conducting training and seminars in your area of expertise
  • Creating training videos, materials, and product descriptions

What sets you apart:


  • Completed commercial training or a comparable degree
  • Strong knowledge of accounting or currently working in accounting
  • Enjoy working with commercial software and Excel, and have a solutionoriented approach in the interest of our customers
  • Enjoy working with computers
  • Enjoy communicating and helping others solve problems
