    Job Description

    The Senior Facilities Specialist will play a crucial role in our company's growth and success.

    Your primary responsibilities will revolve around business development, strategic initiatives execution, vendor performance analysis, and vendor management based on data-driven analytics.


    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Primary liaison between vendors and internal customers.
    • Conduct weekly vendor calls to discuss updates, exceptions, and standards. Review vendor performance and compliance.
    • Execute vendor management strategies for National Repair and Maintenance programs.
    • On-board and train contractors on CMMS software and Standard Operating Procedures.
    • Evaluate vendor performance and effectiveness.
    • Identify and solve problems with repair and CapEx work orders.
    • Collaborate with different teams, departments, and site managers to address escalations.
    • Coordinate work with vendors across multiple trades.
    • Own resolution of permits, violations, and penalties involving AHJ.
    • Proactively communicate schedules, delays and exceptions to stakeholders.
    • Provide reports on open and closed work orders and checks status with the appropriate vendor.
    • Provide emergency response.
    • Assist with acquisition Due-Diligence, and post-acquisition implementation.
    • Complete A/R reconciliation monthly.
    • Validate work completed, invoicing, and asset data accuracy based on pre-selected
