As a Facilities Specialist, you'll play a pivotal part in ensuring the smooth operation of our company's facilities and infrastructure. From managing vendor relationships to executing maintenance programs and coordinating repair work, you'll be instrumental in maintaining a safe and functional environment for our operations. Qualifications

The ideal candidate possesses high energy and multitasking abilities, excels in team environments, and demonstrates strong communication and follow-up skills. Prior experience in customer service, accounts payable, and service dispatching is advantageous. Knowledge of facilities or construction is preferred, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CMMS software. Candidates should exhibit clear communication with various stakeholders, prioritize tasks effectively, and analyze data for informed decision-making. Adaptability to handle unexpected challenges is essential.

Compensation

Base Pay Range: $50, ,000

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of our total awards approach to compensation which is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses or incentives.

Public Storage teammates are expected to work in the office five days each week with the option to take up to three flexible remote days per month.
- Our office is based in Plano, east of I75 near E. Park Blvd, just North of Historic Downtown Plano.
