- Estimate, plan, execute, monitor, and control print projects.
- Develop production specifications, hardware needs, and production plans.
- Create accurate job estimates based on project specifications.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Liaise with vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Manage customer communication and support as needed.
- Monitor quality, schedule, and costs throughout the project.
- Utilize internal estimating and production software proficiently.
- Conduct file management tasks and provide updates as needed.
- Continuously expand print production knowledge and skills.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Extensive experience in print production, preferably in an advertising agency, design firm, or printing company.
- Proficiency with print production methods, materials, and finishing techniques.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills, including email, PDFs, Excel, Word, and design software such as Illustrator, InDesign, or Photoshop.
- Experience with a wide range of print production methods and materials.
- Familiarity with finishing, bindery, fabrication, and installation processes.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team or independently.
- Strong decision-making skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
- Continual learning mindset to stay updated with industry trends and technologies.
