We are looking for the right fit to fill an opening for a
Project Manager who oversees all aspects of a project, from bid acceptance to job closure.

Responsibilities include estimating, budgeting, material procurement, manpower coordination, project documentation, fiscal management, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Pay Scale:
$95,160 - $105,560 per year depending on experience + performance incentive plan


Job Duties:


  • Business development and customer service, including pursuing new opportunities and cultivating existing relationships
  • Accurate estimate development, successful project bidding, and effective negotiation
  • Fiscal management, encompassing timely billings, budget adherence, change order management, and profit maximization
  • Project documentation maintenance, including logs, correspondence, and notifications
  • Labor management, motivation of field supervision, and productivity problem identification
  • Oversight of direct reports, ensuring adherence to job descriptions and accuracy
  • Proper management of customer accounts
  • Additional tasks, as assigned, aligned with company values, safety standards, and policies

Required Qualifications:


  • Journeyman license
  • 7 years of experience as General Foreman, Estimator, and/or Project Engineer experience

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Electrical Apprentice Program graduate

  • Strong leadership, organizational, judgment, and problemsolving skills
  • Integrity, commitment to company interests, and a professional, respectful attitude
