    Description

    The role of Senior Manager involves planning, directing, and overseeing administrative operations, human resources, and clinical services. Responsibilities may also include overseeing facilities planning, maintenance, custodial operations, managing grants, contracts, and capital budget.


    Duties and Responsibilities:

    Oversees clerical, administrative, and call center personnel activities within the department.

    Analyzes internal processes, implements procedural and policy changes to enhance operations, and suggests cost-saving methods.

    Prepares and reviews operational reports, schedules, and assists in budget planning by analyzing short and long-term program needs.

    Interprets and administers personnel policies, ensures compliance with regulations, and facilitates training programs for staff.

    Implements quality assurance programs to meet standards of accrediting agencies and chairs department committees.


    Education:

    Bachelor's degree in business or public administration or related field. Master's degree preferred.


    Experience:

    Requires 7 years of experience in an administrative or management role with financial experience.
