    In deiner Funktion bist du verantwortlich für die

    strategische Weiterentwicklung der Kategorie Kaffee

    sowie die Implementierung operativer Standards zur

    Unterstützung der lokalen Marketing- und Vertriebseinheiten .
    Dabei hast du stets das Ziel vor Augen, ein

    optimales Zusammenspiel von Sortiments- und Preisgestaltung, Produktplatzierung und Kampagnenplanung

    zu schaffen.
    Um

    Zukunftstrends und Ertragspotentiale

    erkennen und

    Handlungsempfehlungen erarbeiten

    zu können, führst du

    Markt-, Wettbewerbs-, Sortiments-, Aktions- und Kundenanalysen

    aus und verdichtest die Ergebnisse in

    aussagekräftigen Reportings.
    In deiner Aufgabe wirkst du an der Entwicklung und Implementierung von

    effizienten und effektiven Promotion-Plänen zur Erreichung von Wertsteigerung

    und Wachstum mit.
    Auch die Konzeption von Aktionsartikeln und Festlegung des idealen Aktionszeitraums fallen in deinen Verantwortungsbereich.
    Daneben unterstützt du

    fachlich die Vertriebseinheiten bei der Vorbereitung der Jahresgespräche, der Akquise neuer Key Accounts

    und Entwicklung individueller Angebote.
    Bei der Ausübung deiner Funktion arbeitest du eng mit den

    Vertriebsdirektoren und dem Trade Marketing der Ländergesellschaften

    sowie mit den Key-Stakeholdern des Headquarters in Hamburg zusammen.
    Dein Profil: Du erfindest uns immer wieder neu.

    Du verfügst über ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium.
    Du hast mindestens

    7 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Category Management

    - vorzugsweise im Lebensmittelumfeld des Handels oder in

    FMCG Unternehmen .
    Ein hohes Maß an

    Eigeninitiative, Durchsetzungsstärke sowie unternehmerisches Denken

    und Handeln bringst du mit.
    Deine

    analytisch-konzeptionellen Fähigkeiten und Problemlösungskompetenz

    sind überzeugend.
    Dich zeichnet eine

    Leidenschaft für internationale Märkte und Kulturen sowie Kreativität, Begeisterungsfähigkeit

    und Gespür für Markttrends und -chancen aus.
    Sehr gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten und Englischkenntnisse sowie eine Kompetenz als

    Teamplayer

    runden dein Profil ab.
