From one hangar in Basel, Switzerland, to some 4,000 employees, and some 50 locations worldwide. Aircraft Management, Aircraft Sales, Charter, Completions, Defence, FBO, Fixed and Rotary Wing Maintenance, and Staffing.
The Quality Assurance Support Specialist attends to requests of the Director of Quality Assurance when assistance is needed, including performing confidential administrative duties for the company.
Compensation DataMinimum Requirements4 years of work experience in an administrative role, supporting business groups
Eager to provide extraordinary customer service/ work in interdisciplinary teams
Ability to read and communicate in English with experience communicating to diverse internal and external stakeholders
At least 2 years of experience using software including MS Office, Outlook, Excel, Power Point
Main ResponsibilitiesDay-to-day operational support of Quality Assurance and CASS functions including authorizations, audit scheduling, internal onboarding requests and other departmental needs
Communicate with internal departments, external vendors and FAA related to requests for data, completion of tasks and recurring notification requirements
Maintain quality assurance and maintenance program templates, online tracking tables in support of GMM policy and procedures
Maintain company manuals, resources, client data, training records, and other items as directed
Assist Quality Assurance Inspectors and Maintenance Managers related to Internal and External systems database access to support onboarding and continuing needs
Support special projects as assigned
Other administrative tasks as directed by manager(s)
Represent Jet Aviation as one company internally and externally with industry groups, regulatory bodies and the General Dynamics network
Quality driven with a passion for excellence to represent Jet Aviation as a Brand Ambassador
