    About the Job:

    In this role, the Marketing Specialist, Customer Acquisition, will identify and implement marketing and communications strategies to support pipeline creation for existing and new customers.

    This position reports to the Senior Marketing Manager, Americas, and will work in collaboration with the Net New and Enterprise Sales teams to implement strategies to proactively engage and expand prospects' knowledge of The Qt Group's values and solutions. This position is located in Boston, MA.

    You will:
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop impactful, results-driven integrated marketing programs that maintain and improve customer perception of The Qt Group.
    • Partner with Net New and Install Sales teams on new and existing marketing activities being performed.
    • Develop growth strategies with Enterprise Accounts team to optimize engagement and drive expansion within select accounts.
    • Identify the most effective marketing materials, channels, and messaging for target accounts.
    • Plan, craft and execute Account-Based Marketing campaigns in partnership with Install teams to advance existing opportunities with existing targeted accounts and contacts.
    • Leverage intent data to strategize and execute Account-Based Marketing campaigns in partnership with Net New team.
    • Evaluate ROI/impact of marketing activities.
    • Leverage existing professional experience and industry trends to recommend and implement new marketing strategies/tactics.
    About You:
    • 3-5 years of B2B technology marketing experience; agency experience in a customer-facing role preferred.
    • Confident, self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth work environment.
    • Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail and discipline to follow policies and processes from execution to lead flow.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to work well with virtual teams. Proven ability to work closely and collaboratively with global team members including Executives, Sales, Product, and other key internal stakeholders to develop measurable integrated marketing programs.
    • Proven track record of solid written, verbal, and non-verbal communication.
    • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software, such as HubSpot.
    • Critical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to put growth strategies into action.
    • Master's degree preferred.
