- Manage and optimize the entire SaaS technical operations lifecycle, including continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines, infrastructure management, and deployment processes.
- Lead and mentor a team of talented technical professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, growth, and continuous learning.
- Proactively identify and implement opportunities for automation, streamlining operations and improving efficiency.
- Work closely with product owners and engineers to ensure alignment between business objectives and technical execution, while advocating for sound technical decisions.
- Monitor and analyze system performance, proactively identifying and resolving potential issues.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in the SaaS and DevOps landscape.
- Typically requires at least 6 years of experience in a technical operations or DevOps role within the SaaS industry.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college oruniversity, or equivalentcombination of directly related education and/or work experience.
- Proven track record of leading and managing high-performing technical teams.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce,cloud computing platforms, and infrastructure management.
- Extensive experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools.
- Experience with Salesforce development and administration (a plus).
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
- A passion for innovation, automation, and continuous improvement.

We are seeking a driven and experienced SaaS Technical Operations & DevOps Manager to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation, scalability, and continuous improvement of our SaaS platforms. You will be responsible for leading our technical operations team and fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
