Your Responsibilities

You review the documents submitted by the operators for compliance with deadlines, initiate the reminder process and prepare decision templates for imposing contractual penalties if necessary (deadline monitoring)
You are responsible for the technical review and plausibility check of the invoices submitted by the operators, taking into account the contractually agreed price adjustment clauses, reconcile incorrect documents and release them technically
You review the offers submitted by subcontractors by the operators for exclusion criteria (e.g. GWB) and evaluate the costeffectiveness from a defined contract value based on the criteria agreed with the federal government
You prepare the regular coordination meetings with the BMDV, National Control Center for Charging Infrastructure and the charging infrastructure operators
You conduct quality monitoring of the resulting regular reports and presentation documents
You are responsible for preparing workshops with the operators
You are responsible for the complete, correct and timely documentation of processes

Your Profile

You have a degree in business administration or a comparable qualification
You have technical understanding in the field of construction or electrical engineering
You have many years of professional experience in contract management or as a project assistant
You are proficient in working with common MS Office applications and have a high affinity for numbers
You demonstrate organizational skills and enjoy interdisciplinary collaboration
You have high standards for the quality of your work results and act reliably at the interface with internal and external contract partners
