The uv-technik Speziallampen GmbH specializes in the production of ultraviolet and infrared lamps used for disinfection of water, air, and surfaces. With over 110 employees, we have been supplying customers worldwide for more than 30 years.

We are currently seeking a Glass Apparatus Builder (m/f/d) for our location in Wümbach near Ilmenau to manufacture and process our products.

Your responsibilities:

  • Production of lamp bodies
  • Operation of semi-automatic pumping stations and squeezers
  • Attaching and removing pump nozzles
  • Processing of quartz glass
  • Manufacturing of U-bends
  • Production of immersion tubes

Your profile:

  • Completed apprenticeship as a glass apparatus builder (m/f/d) or equivalent qualification
  • Knowledge of glass processing and handling of technical gases
  • Manual dexterity
  • High sense of responsibility
  • Thorough and independent work ethic
  • Team-oriented and reliable
  • Willingness to work in a 2-shift system
