Position Overview

As a Sales Operations Associate (m/w/d) Wholesale, part-time, for the Germany region, you will provide administrative and organizational support to our sales team and ensure excellent customer service at all times.

This position is part-time, with 20 hours per week and a fixed term.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Serve as the main point of contact for our Eastern European customers
Manage orders (input of prebooks and reorders, order comparison, EDI transmission, preparation and dispatch of order confirmations)
Actively support in achieving fiscal and quarterly targets
Maintain analyses and reports, and create templates and overviews
Handle complaints and returns
Regularly communicate and coordinate with other departments (Finance, Logistics, Production, and Brand Planning)

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

Completed commercial or academic training, preferably with a business background
Several years of experience in a similar position
Enjoy working with customers
High level of service orientation and communication skills
Structured and reliable work style
Good knowledge of spoken and written English
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and SAP

Job Type: Part-time
