- SAP System Design & Implementation: Lead the design and implementation of SAP S/4 HANA solutions in Warehouse Management (EWM) and Materials Management (MM), ensuring they meet business requirements and integrate seamlessly with related modules.
- Business Process Optimization: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of business processes related to inventory and warehouse management, enhancing system functionality and user experience.
- Testing & Compliance: Manage all phases of testing from unit to integration, ensuring solutions comply with both technical specifications and business expectations.
- Vendor & Change Management: Coordinate with third-party vendors and manage changes effectively while minimizing disruption to business operations.
- Training & Support: Provide robust support and training to end-users, ensuring smooth adoption and ongoing optimization of new systems.
- Strategic Advisory: Work closely with management to develop a strategic roadmap for SAP implementations, aligning IT initiatives with long-term business goals.
- Experience: Minimum 6 years with SAP, including at least two full lifecycle implementations in S/4 HANA EWM, MM, and related modules.
- Expertise: Strong capability in configuring and customizing SAP S/4 HANA for Warehouse and Inventory Management.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with RF scanning, RF configuration, and an understanding of the technical foundations of SAP.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or Business.
- Certifications: SAP certifications in EWM, MM highly preferred.
- Professional Skills: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in the consumer goods industry is a plus.
- Travel: Willingness to travel up to 30% based on project needs.
