Essential FunctionsMaintain authorized lists, prepare and enter custom discounts, prepare price changes for specific customers, process new item paperwork, customer account set-up.
Responsible for file synchronization between KeHE system and the customer.Data/order entry responsibility as needed.
Support account management with system information and relay to customer as needed.
Ensure that end work product is accurate and that deadlines are met.
Minimum Requirements, Qualifications, Additional Skills, AptitudeHigh School Diploma or GEDMust be flexible to work flow and able to reassess and determine priorities.
Must be able to focus on the task at hand.Must be able to take usable training notes and organize them to assist when training is complete.
Must be able to multi-task and be detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment.
Must maintain good attendance.
Maintain safe work practices.
Maintain safeguards of confidential company information.
Other duties and special projects as assigned.
Qualifications / Additional Skills / Aptitude:
Must be able to communicate effectively with Supervisor and keep her fully informed of matters of significance at all times.
Knowledge of AS400 highly preferred.Must be at least intermediately proficient in Excel and other MS Office products.10-key proficiency and high level of data keying accuracy required.
Must possess excellent organizational skills and be able to prioritize workload.High energy level needed along with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to get along with diverse personalitiesPhysical Requirements:
