      The Account Support Representative aids and supports KeHE customers and account managers. Essential Functions:
      • Maintain authorized lists, prepare and enter custom discounts, prepare price changes for specific customers, process new item paperwork, customer account set-up.
      • Responsible for file synchronization between KeHE system and the customer.
      • Data/order entry responsibility as needed.
      • Support account management with system information and relay to customer as needed.
      • Ensure that end work product is accurate and that deadlines are met.
      Minimum Requirements, Qualifications, Additional Skills, Aptitude:
      • High School Diploma or GED
      • Must be flexible to work flow and able to reassess and determine priorities.
      • Must be able to focus on the task at hand.
      • Must be able to take usable training notes and organize them to assist when training is complete.
      • Must be able to multi-task and be detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment.
      • Must maintain good attendance.
      • Maintain safe work practices.
      • Maintain safeguards of confidential company information.
      • Other duties and special projects as assigned.
      Qualifications / Additional Skills / Aptitude:
      • Must be able to communicate effectively with Supervisor and keep her fully informed of matters of significance at all times.
      • Knowledge of AS400 highly preferred.
      • Must be at least intermediately proficient in Excel and other MS Office products.
      • 10-key proficiency and high level of data keying accuracy required.
      • Must possess excellent organizational skills and be able to prioritize workload.
      • High energy level needed along with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to get along with diverse personalities
      Physical Requirements: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Must be able to carry 20 pounds, lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. The employee is frequently required to stand, climb, bend, and walk. May need to drive between stores as per assignment. While performing the duties of this position, the employee is subject to both a typical office/store environment and all outside weather conditions.
