- Work collaboratively with Risk Management and Compliance department to establish and monitor acceptable standards. Enhance processes as needed.
- Maintain Operational Issue log - establish mechanism for defining and reporting on operational issues/errors. Establish regular meetings to review report and set targets for improvements (people, process and/or technology)
- Develop and maintain inventory of current operational procedures.
- Establish a method for internal control monitoring of compliance with policies and procedures.
- BES KPI tracking and maintenance.
- BES Goal tracking and metrics reporting
- Interface with management team of BES
- Establish and monitor SLAs where appropriate.
- Key metrics related to mandatory training, new employee onboarding.
- Work with the management team of BES to create and maintain training materials.
- Prepare documentation or presentations as needed.
- Assist with BES budget and / or expense management.
- Bachelor's degree in finance or related field or a combination of relevant education and experience.
- 8 years' experience of relevant experience.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, leveraged to build effective relationships within BES.
- Proficiency in MS office suite (Word, Excel, PPT)
- Proven ability to compile, organize, prepare, and maintain records, reports, and information.
- Demonstrate sensitivity to, and respect for, a diverse workforce.
- Comfortable in developing presentations and group facilitation.
- Sound leadership experience demonstrating success in executing on the roles and responsibilities described above.
