    Vasion is looking for an Account Executive salesperson, dedicated to our commercial customers, that exemplifies our core values and wants to be part of our growing team.     Account Managers are responsible for revenue growth within existing customer accounts. As an Account Manager you will regularly connect with customers as well as partner with Customer Success Managers to better understand the needs and vision of your clients. You will be directly responsible in guiding them to take full advantage of our product offerings. You will work closely with your manager, Product Management, Product Support, and Marketing teams to communicate your customer's needs and vision internally and to collaboratively ensure your customers are receiving a world-class experience.

    Your goal should be to become a trusted advisor for your customers throughout their digital transformation journey.

    Primary Responsibilities

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, acting as their main point of contact for all inquiries and support needs.
    • Develop a deep understanding of each client's goals, needs, and pain points to effectively identify and propose solutions that align with their objectives.
    • Create a strategic plan for ongoing relationship management of assigned accounts.
    • Develop knowledge of company products and solutions while learning industry trends through ongoing product and industry training.
    • Collaborate with Customer Success Management, Product Management, Product Support, and Marketing teams to ensure a world-class customer experience.
    • Create quotes and manage the procurement process for customer expansion.
    • Execute an Account Manager territory plan that includes analyzing activity efficiency, customer's budget cycles and procurement processes, as well as resource needs.
    • Achieve or exceed challenging goals and daily activity targets.
    • Utilize CRM systems to track and manage sales activities, maintain accurate customer records, and report territory progress to management regularly.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
    • 2+ years experience in SaaS related B2B sales or a similar industry.
    • Experience using Salesforce CRM software.
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding challenging sales quotas or goals.
    • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time to meet with clients and attend industry events

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience selling software or technology solutions in Tech or SaaS related industries.
    • Results-driven mindset, with a passion for exceeding goals and driving revenue growth.
    • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate value propositions and build relationships with decision-makers.
    • Highly self-motivated and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
    • Strong business acumen and understanding of complex sales processes.
    • Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
    • Ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline effectively.
    • Working knowledge of sales software, tools, and processes.
    • Extraordinary attention to detail, analytic, and deductive reasoning skills.
