Your responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for the professional and disciplinary management of the Finance department, which currently has 15 employees.
  • You will oversee financial accounting and reporting, investment and liquidity planning, as well as tax and forecasting.
  • Ensuring timely and accurate preparation of annual financial statements and other regular reports (monthly and quarterly) for both clinic locations and the subsidiary MVZ Gesundheitszentrums Ludwigshafen gGmbH is also part of your responsibilities, as well as coordinating and supporting the annual financial statements of BGU Ludwigshafen Service GmbH.
  • For the Ludwigshafen location, you will be responsible for coordinating and preparing financial plans and mediumterm financial plans.
  • You will prepare decisionready topics for the management or department heads.
  • You will act as a contact person for tax consultants, auditors, banks, and auditors, as well as for the BG Kliniken Group holding company.
  • You will participate in crossdepartmental projects and may lead individual projects.
  • You will manage accounts receivable effectively.
  • You will drive the organizational development of the Finance department, optimize processes, and manage interfaces with other departments.

Your profile:

  • You have a degree in economics, preferably in the field of finance/accounting, or have acquired a comparable qualification.
  • Ideally, you have experience in the healthcare sector and have already gained leadership experience
