    Job Description

    Job DescriptionWe are seeking a proactive and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team.

    The primary responsibilities of this role include providing comprehensive administrative support to the office.

    The ideal candidate should possess excellent multitasking abilities, strong customer service skills, and a minimum of 3-5 years of administrative experience.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide administrative support to the office team.
    • Attend 35 trade shows per year, interacting with clientele, primarily designers.
    • Offer backup support on the phones when necessary.
    • Handle administrative tasks including shipping and receiving, filing, and labeling.
    • Assist with calling receivables and maintaining positive customer relations.
    • Utilize MS Office Suite or Google Docs for various administrative tasks.
    Qualifications

    • Minimum of 35 years of administrative experience.
    • Proficiency in MS Office Suite or Google Docs.
    • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Strong customer service skills.
    • Professional and presentable demeanor.
    • Experience in retail with a desire to transition to a backoffice role is desirable.
