Our state-of-the-art facility in Chester, NY, serves as a hub for athletes seeking to upgrade their game. Were now seeking a dynamic and driven License Expansion Coordinator to join our team and help us expand our reach.

    Role Overview:
    As a License Expansion Coordinator, youll be at the forefront of our growth strategy. Your mission will be to identify and onboard new locations for Frozen Ropes franchises. If youre a sports enthusiast with a keen business acumen, this role is tailor-made for you. Youll collaborate with our existing franchisees, leverage your network, and drive the expansion of our brand.

    Responsibilities:
    • Location Scouting and Onboarding:
      • Identify potential franchise locations through market research and networking.
      • Evaluate the suitability of each location based on demographics, local sports culture, and demand.
      • Lead negotiations and finalize agreements with new franchisees.
      • Oversee the onboarding process for new locations, ensuring seamless integration into the Frozen Ropes family.
    • Marketing and Promotion:
      • Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote new franchise openings.
      • Coordinate with our content team to create compelling website content, social media posts, and email campaigns.
      • Leverage Google Drive and Excel for data analysis and reporting.
    • Event Planning and Execution:
      • Organize grand openings, community events, and sports clinics for new locations.
      • Collaborate with local partners and influencers to maximize visibility.
      • Plan and execute weekend events to engage the local community.
    • Franchise Support:
      • Conduct regular Zoom meetings with franchisees to address queries, provide guidance, and share best practices.
      • Assist franchisees in scheduling facility tours for potential clients.
      • Provide ongoing support to ensure franchise success.
    • Travel:
      • Some travel will be required to visit new locations, attend industry conferences, and build relationships.
    Compensation:
    • Base pay plus commissions based on successful expansions.
