KeyStaff Professionals is partnering with a fantastic organization that is seeking an experienced Total Rewards Consultant to support their team and hit the ground running This is a great opportunity for someone that is self-driven, highly organized, and self-motivated

Job Summary

Processing benefit department invoicing
Assist with coordinating, documenting and managing LOA, FMLA, ADA, Workers Comp, personal leave and military leave
Assist with questions from team members regarding benefits
Educate and problem solve with team members and leaders on any benefit or LOA cases
Assist with additional projects as needed
Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite including Excel and SAP preferred and HRIS knowledge
Highly organized and detailed driven
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Thrives in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
Bachelor's degree in HR or related field required
Hybrid Schedule Offered 3-days in office
