    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth, expand market share, and enhance profitability in the gaming division.
    • Lead the development of long-term operational plans and objectives that align with the company's overall goals.
    • Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activities to support strategic decision-making.
    • Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards governing gaming operations.
    • Implement policies to encourage responsible gaming and minimize regulatory risks.
    • Collaborate with other departments such as finance, marketing, IT, and HR to improve operational efficiency.
    • Manage budgets for the gaming division, monitor financial performance, and implement cost-saving measures when necessary.
    • Analyze financial data and key metrics to identify revenue opportunities and cost-saving areas.
    • Drive a culture of team member engagement and superior customer service.
    • Enhance team member engagement and guest satisfaction within the gaming division.
    • Oversee team member and guest satisfaction metrics, taking corrective actions when needed.
    • Provide leadership to the gaming teams, fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
    • Recruit, develop, and retain top talent.
    • Set clear performance expectations, conduct regular evaluations, and provide feedback.

    Education and Experience

    • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, marketing, or related field.
    • Master's degree preferred.
    • Senior leadership experience in the gaming industry.
    • Strong understanding of gaming operations, regulations, and trends.
    • Exceptional strategic planning and analytical skills.
    • Proven ability to build effective relationships with regulatory authorities and stakeholders.
    • Minimum 10 years of experience in gaming industry leadership roles.
    • Experience managing multiple facilities is a plus.
    • Ability to obtain valid gaming license(s) as required.

    Physical Requirements & Working Conditions

    • Various physical demands include sitting, standing, walking, using hands, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, and talking.

    • Exposure to smoke possible in the gaming room.
