    This position works out of our Alameda, CA location in the Diabetes Care division where we are focused on helping people with diabetes manage their health with life-changing products that provide accurate data to drive better-informed decisions.

    We're revolutionizing the way people monitor their glucose levels with our new sensing technology.
    Coordinate input from multiple areas and oversee processes to ensure commercial compliance requirements are met.
    Clarify project objectives and strategies, develop timelines and milestones to execute projects assigned.
    Translate project goals into project tasks. Define the nature of the stated business or technical problem.
    Learn and become subject matter expert in commercial compliance requirements.
    Prepare and present project progress reports to keep management and team informed. Establish partnership across OEC, Sales, Marketing, Regulatory to enable optimal commercial compliance adherence.
    As needed, work with outside vendors and consultant to execute projects.
    Follow all Abbot Legal, Quality and Regulatory policies.
    Lead others in the completion of project tasks.
    Interface with other disciplines, customers, internal clients, and project staff.
    Adjusts presentation style and content to suit the audience.
    Bachelors Degree or an equivalent combination of education and work experience
    ~5+ years of relevant project management experience.
    ~ Extensive knowledge of project management processes.
    ~ Extensive in-depth knowledge of project planning techniques and working knowledge of automated project planning tools required.
    ~ Sound business and technical acumen.
    ~ Prefer experience in sales operations, marketing operations, and compliance operations.
    Excellent software skills, such as Microsoft Suite, SalesForce, or an ability to pick up new software quickly.
