Summary:
This position oversees and actively participates in the administrative functions and operational efficiency of the organization.

This role requires a blend of managerial skills and technical know-how to ensure smooth office operations, effective coordination among departments, and the maintenance of systems, including ERP software.


Responsibilities:


Team Leadership & Collaboration:

  • Lead, train, and motivate administrative staff to deliver highquality services.
  • Work alongside team members to complete tasks and ensure operational efficiency.
  • Foster a collaborative culture, ensuring alignment with the company's goals and standards.
  • Set individual and team goals and provide performance feedback.

Operations & Administration Management:

  • Manage and participate in daily office operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company policies.
  • Oversee sales orders, purchasing, logistics, RMA, and manufacturing and service work orders to streamline workflows.
  • Develop and refine operational policies, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage inventory control and ensure timely procurement of office supplies and equipment.
  • Support administrative tasks, including office management, project planning, and executive assistance.

ERP & IT System Maintenance:

  • Oversee the use and maintenance of the ERP system.
  • Coordinate with external IT providers for installation, configuration, and advanced maintenance of the ERP system.
  • Perform light computer and network maintenance, troubleshoot technical issues, and coordinate with external IT providers.
  • Implement data backup and cybersecurity protocols to protect sensitive information.

Reporting & Process Improvement:

  • Analyze department and organizational performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Prepare reports on KPIs, expenses, and key operational metrics for senior management.
  • Suggest and implement process improvements to drive productivity and costeffectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • Degree or experience in Business Administration, Office Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problemsolving skills.
  • Detailoriented, thorough, and meticulous.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and basic computer/network maintenance.

About Us:

Pay:
$70, $120,000.00 per year
