- Manage new hire onboarding and orientation
- Oversee training and development
- Develop HR strategies
- Handle Employee Relations issues
- Manage the Employee Stock Ownership Plan
- Identify areas of improvement and provide training
- Process payroll
- Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Business or HR preferred
- SHRM Certified Professional preferred
- Must have at least 5years of HR management experience
- OSHA and EEOC Reporting experience is REQUIRED
- Preferred experience in retail
- Must be a team player with strong collaborative skills
- Must possess strong problem-solving skills
- Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in ADP Workforce Now is preferred
